The Effect:
The four twos are laid out on the table and the Magician asks the spectator to select a card from the pack. The card is returned the the pack and it is shuffled. The Magician attempts to cut to the selected card but does not. He places the indifferent card in-between the four twos and shows that the card is really in-between the twos. He then rubs the card on the pack and mysteriously the indifferent card is now their selection. The Magician then counts down in the deck what ever value the selected card was, and the indifferent card now lies in that position in the deck.
