The Effect:
The best “Triumph” routine ever!!! Hey folks, this trick will even fool
magicians! It almost seems impossible. Three versions of this trick will be
taught.
The Impossible Outcome 1: The spectator selects and
returns a card to the pack. The pack is shuffled into each other half
face-up and half face-down. With just a riffle of the pack, the cards are
all facing one direction except for the selected card.
The Impossible Outcome 2: The spectator selects a card
and returns it to the pack. Like in version 1, the cards are shuffled
together, some up and some down. The cards are shown to be all mixed
around, and the Magician squares the pack and shows the top of the deck
where it happens to be a face up card. The Magician takes his empty hand
and rubs that top card, and very
visually, that top cards reverses. Not just that, the cards are spread out
and every card is facing the same direction except the spectators selected
card.
Triumph: This trick is 100% impromptu. A card is selected and returned to the
pack. Then, some cards are turned face-up and some cards are turned
face-down. But in the end, all the
cards are facing the same direction except the selected card.
