The Effect:
A card is selected and returned to the pack. The Magician says “I will attempt to cut to your card.” He cuts the pack 3 times without any luck. Finally, the Magician asks the spectator to pick any number. It can actually be any number 1-52, since there are 52 cards in the deck. The magician counts down the number of cards that the spectator said, and the last card happened to be theirs.
